The platform generates structured training plans, syncs activity data from third-party services, monitors recovery via Apple Health, and provides analytics to support endurance training decisions.

You may connect third-party accounts (Strava, Google) to enhance functionality. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for any activity that occurs through your connected accounts.
